I have always said to partners that if I had a couple hundred people like me in the business, I would be set for life, my kids, their kids and their kids kids, would be set for life as well. Its my business and that’s the way I approach it.

- We will pour into you with all the knowledge, and practical expertise we have. And you will be invested in (both in time and dollars) and you are expected to take the success you gain and “Pay It Forward” to others.
- As you are succeeding, you need to continue bettering yourself and invest into yourself. You are to attend the training sessions and events. This is something that isn’t a one week course, or even a 3 month course. This is an entire change of how you see, interact and believe in yourself and in working with others.
- Becuse of the above you will benefit both from the Human side and the Financial side.
- You must be ready to create an “Over-Abundant” lifestyle.
I will be your Dutch uncle temporarily and relay some things to you that you may not have ever heard before. Because it isn’t taught in traditional school. And you don’t learn it from working a Job. This information can be unsettling but it is 100% true to form, and you need to understand it:
- Normally a person cannot operate a business initially if they were never trained to do so. So you have to be trained in that discipline to understand all the pieces.
- It requires a completely different attitude and mindset outside of the J-O-B mentality.
- One of them is that its your business and what you do in your business is 100% directly connected to you, noone else. If you fail to do what is required, then the business fails. If that is the case and you wonder who is to blame, just look in the mirror.
- Owning a business is not a free ride, it requires work, and as long as you treat it like a business and follow the outline prescribed, then you will be fine and you will see success.
There are many additional pieces to this as well and some may need to be considered here:
- In all of my businesses, I have had more people quit on me than I have retained, and in every single case, they couldn’t get out of their own way and simply didn’t do the work. Not that it was to hard or there were complications, they just didn’t treat it like a business.
- In the past I have always been very specific about this to anyone that wanted to join the business. If you aren’t willing to work it like a business, then don’t join. I am willing to help you on all fronts to get things going for you and as long as you treat it right we won’t have any issues. And the best part is you will succeed.
- In all of my travels of the past with my businesses, I have never found anything this beneficial where most of the challenges are already taken care of and resolved. Rory has made it so simple and easy to succeed here. What we have here is so unique, and one of a kind in the world. Noone goes to this level in order to help members succeed. But Rory does so that should tell you alot about the man.
